LAKE FOREST -- Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide recently represented Technique Engineering in the sale of a 17,000-square-foot building at 13950 Polo Drive in Lake Forest.North American Herb and Spice Company, a national herbal supplement provider, has purchased the Lake Forest building to accommodate an expansion of the company. They chose the facility due to the high image location, 19' ceiling clear height, and 800 amps of power. The company was self-represented in the sale transaction.Technique Engineering is moving to a leased 9,600 SF space at 968-972 Northpoint Boulevard in Waukegan, Illinois. Phil Reiff, Sr., senior vice president and Phil Reiff, Jr., senior associate of Paine/Wetzel TCN, represented Technique Engineering and Francesca DeAmicis of JLL represented the landlord, Rothbart, LLC.
