Palencia Realty LLC, the marketing and sales arm of Hines’ master-planned community of Palencia, will open a new model home park featuring four new designs on Saturday, April 26.As part of a rejuvenation effort, a section of Senora Court at Palencia will house four new model homes built by the community’s preferred builders to showcase new designs available to buyers.
