Palerra: Oracle Buys Palerra

Redwood Shores-based Oracle said Sunday that it has acquired Santa Clara-based Palerra, a developer of cloud security automation software. Financial terms of the buy were not announced by the companies. Oracle said that each of the companies will continue to operate independently.... (more)
