Palziv: Manufacturer seeking incentives to expand, add 50 jobs in Franklin County

The Franklin County board of commissioners on Monday approved a matching incentives grant for the Palziv foam products company, which is planning a $6.35 million expansion to its plant and North American headquarters in Louisburg.
