Pappas: Pappas announces $1.47 million water infrastructure improvements grant
City of North Tonawanda Mayor Arthur G. Pappas announced recently that the city has been awarded a grant in the amount of $1.47 million from Gov. Andrew Cuomo for water infrastructure improvements in Western New York.
