The Paragary Restaurant Group is preparing to change its downtown restaurant at 1415 L St. - again. From 2013 until this past Saturday, the space was occupied by Hock Farm Craft & Provisions, a restaurant that celebrated farm-to-fork cuisine and seasonal dining.
