Paragary: Midtown hotel by Paragary gets favorable city response

A generally positive reception by the city for a proposed mixed-use hotel on the east edge of midtown Sacramento could mean the project will get underway this year. Near the end of last Thursday's city planning commission meeting, attorney Jeff Dorso said the goal is to get the Fort Sutter Hotel to a final vote as soon as possible. The proposed six-story hotel, at 28th and Capitol Avenue, would have 107 rooms and incorporate the site's existing Cafe Bernardo and Monkey Bar on the first floor....
