Parasole Restaurant Holdings has opened Field Day, the counter-service spinoff of its Good Earth natural foods concept, in Ridgedale Center. Field Day by Good Earth is open in the mall on the first level near the new Nordstrom store. There's seating available for about 80 people. Its business model is also tailored for guests who want to eat on the go. A Field Day smartphone app is in the works and catering options are available.
