Parasole Restaurant Holdings could start construction on its new Edina seafood restaurant in March and open it next fall, an executive said in an interview Tuesday. The venture will be Edina-based Parasole's first seafood concept since Oceanaire, which was spun off in 2001. Until now, Parasole has been mum on the details of the project, which has not yet been named.
