Park Bank: Park Bank alleges Koss CEO at fault for not catching Sachdeva's embezzlement

Former Koss Corp. executive Sujata Sachdeva is still serving time in prison, but litigation over who deserves the blame for not detecting her $34 million embezzlement scheme continues.
