Partners Specialty Group: AmWINS completes purchase of another large specialty insurance broker

AmWINS Group Inc. has completed its acquisition of Horsham, Pa.-based specialty insurance broker Partners Specialty Group LLC. AmWINS announced in April the two companies expected to combine within 45 to 60 days. The acquisition boosts AmWINS' position as a leading specialty insurance distribution firm, now handling more than $14 billion in annual premium placements.
