PayByCar: PayByCar and Global Partners launch E-ZPass-enabled payment services in eight states

PayByCar, Inc., the mobile payments company responsible for providing pay-by-text payment solutions at gas stations in Massachusetts, will extend the program to more than 300 Global Partners operated retail fueling locations across New England, New York, and Virginia.
