The Riviera Country Club hosted the grand opening of its new clubhouse after 19 months of construction. The $37 million project, which broke ground May 2017, encompassed a 60,000-square-foot, two-story addition to the Coral Gables property, including an 8,000-square-foot fitness center and aquatic complex. Designed by Peacock +Lewis LLC, the clubhouse has a 6,000-square-foot event room with space for 400 members, a 2,500-square-foot dining room, wrap-around terraces and a new entrance on Blue Road....
