Peloton: Dallas firm wins coveted leasing assignment in Preston Center

A Dallas-based real estate firm - Peloton Commercial Real Estate - has landed a coveted leasing assignment in Preston Center, which includes more than 1 million square feet of holdings in the hot Dallas neighborhood.
