PEREGRINE GROUP: Peregrine Group investors buy popular Newport restaurant

A group of investors affiliated with the East Providence-based Peregrine Group have purchased Scales & Shells, a Newport eatery that offers fresh seafood in an al fresco setting. Nothing will change at Scales & Shells, said Peregrine Group founder Colin Kane.
