Wellington Capital Properties LLC purchased the 12,539-square-foot office building at 3345 S. Wadsworth Blvd. in Lakewood for $1.2 million from Peregrine Center Properties LLC. Eric Gold represented the seller. Robert Hara of Keller Williams Realty DTC represented the buyer.
