Perry-McCall Construction Inc. pulled a building permit yesterday for an $8.5 million free-standing Baptist emergency department near the St. Johns Town Center. The permit lists the address as 11026 UNF Drive, which is on the University of North Florida campus, but the emergency department building will be on Town Center Parkway near the Gate gas station west of Interstate 295, a Perry-McCall spokesman said.
