Personal Group Holdings Plc announced the appointment of Rachel Webb to the Personal Group Board of Directors, as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect. Rachel will also become Chair of Audit and Risk & Compliance Committees effective 8 May 2025, subject to FCA approval. Rachel has over 20 years' experience in financial services through working in both PRA & FCA regulated firms and large accountancy practices, enabling her to approach issues from both a commercial and regulatory perspective. Her most recent executive role was as CEO of Foresters Friendly Society. Rachel currently holds a Non-Executive Director role at Antares Insurance Company Limited through which she has gained experience on the risk and capital committee and chaired the audit committee. Rachel is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Rachel Jayne Webb, age 44, is currently or has been a Director of the following companies within the past five years: Current Directorships: Antares Insurance Company Limited, Previous Directorships: Foresters General Insurance Services Limited and The Ancient Order of Foresters Friendly Society Limited (trading as Foresters Friendly Society). As previously disclosed, Bob Head, Non-Executive Director of the Company, and Chair of the Audit and Risk & Compliance Committee, has notified the Board of Directors that he does not intend to seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting to be held in May 2025, following eight years of service.
