Pioneer Bank, F.S.B.: Pioneer Bank location in Richardson changes name to Sunflower Bank

The merger is a result of a nearly yearlong process that began in May 2021 when Sunflower Bank's parent company, FirstSun Capital Bancorp, bought out Pioneer Bank.
