Mark Davis is ready to get back into the beer-making business. After more than 13 years of building a thriving restaurant based on selling the craft beers of others through his Pittsburgh Bottle Shop Cafe in Bridgeville, Davis has invested $300,000 in a seven-barrel brewing system as well as in a facilities expansion to begin serving beers of his own making.
