Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority: PWSA receives $13M in state grants, loans for water line replacement

The Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority will receive a $9.7 million grant and $3.7 million in loans from the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority that will replace about 1,000 lead service lines and improve water quality and health in selected areas of the city.
