Pixologic, Inc.: Maxon Closes Pixologic Acquisition-Accelerates Growth

Pixologic is now part of the Nemetschek Group as it gets acquired by Group company Maxon of Germany. The Nemetschek Group has announced the acquisition of Los Angeles-based Pixologic has fully closed.
