Pittsburgh-based general contractor PJ Dick-Trumbull-Lindy Paving has announced a leadership succession plan, according to a release. The board of directors has approved the transition of CEO Clifford R. Rowe Jr. into the role of chairman, effective Jan. 1, 2019.
