Seattle - Paramount Lodging Advisors has successfully sold the 142-room Hampton Inn & Suites in Federal Way, Washington. The PLA team member representing this sale was Senior Managing Director, Scott Griemsmann. This transaction contributes to PLA's activity in the Western U.S. and represents the fifth closing in recent months with three additional deals under contract in the Western US (all expected to close in Q4 2018)."We were extremely pleased to exceed the owner's expectations for the asset and secure another Hilton branded asset for the purchaser in the region.
