Tim Fischer Software today introduces Ill Pass! 1.0, their new game title for iOS devices. The rules are simple: either play a chip, or take the card, and any chips that others have played on it. The player who has the fewest points at the end of the game wins. The strategy is to know which cards to take, and when to say "I'll Pass!"
