PMA Companies has promoted Irina Simpson to Senior Vice President of Field Claims & Operations for PMA Management Corp. and PMA Management Corp. of New England, the company's Third-Party Administrators. She previously served as Vice President of Field Operations. In her new role, Irina will help lead the strategic plan for PMA's TPA operations, grow its service revenue, and improve its operating efficiencies.
