Poplar Healthcare: Local lab acquires equipment, customers as part of bankruptcy

A Memphis-based laboratory services company has acquired almost all of the assets of a Virginia-based laboratory group. Poplar Healthcare has acquired substantially all of the operating assets of Bostwick Laboratories, including the customers, inventory, and equipment at Bostwick Laboratories facilities in New York, Florida and Virginia.
