The owner of the Elderwood network is expanding in Niagara County with the acquisition of Odd Fellow & Rebekah Rehabilitation Center. Pending approvals by the State Department of Health, Post Acute Partners Acquisition LLC will purchase the 126-bed rehabilitation and health care center on Old Niagara Road in Lockport.
