Postmates: GrubHub Faces Price-Fixing Claims in Court, but Others Arbitrate
Uber Technologies Inc. and Postmates Inc. can arbitrate a preliminary issue in a lawsuit claiming that they fixed the price of restaurant meals, but Grubhub Inc. must address the merits of the case in federal court, a panel of Second Circuit judges ruled Thursday.
