Precision Extrusion: Medical device manufacturer acquired by Georgia plastics company

Precision Extrusion, a medical tubing maker in Glens Falls, New York, has been acquired by Pexco LLC in Alpharetta, Georgia. Michael Badera started Precision Extrusion in 1991 and expanded the business over the last decade as he began selling his products to international markets including China. International sales accounted for more than one-third of annual sales three years ago.
