Michael Badera plans to add a second and third shift at his Glens Falls, New York, medical parts manufacturing plant after his company was acquired by a Georgia specialty plastics maker. Badera is the founder of Precision Extrusion, a company that makes nylon, polycarbonate and polyurethane tubing that medical device companies use to make catheters and other parts.
