Prelude: Just Sold: REIT buys memory care facility

Phillip Dommer, president of Woodbury-based Emmaus Cos. and subsidiary Prelude Homes & Services, has completed and sold his second memory care center for $7.8 million to CareTrust REIT Inc. of San Clemente, California.
