The recently opened Premiere on Pine, a high-end apartment skyscraper in downtown Seattle, has sold, and the price breaks the city's per-unit record. The preliminary sale price as posted Thursday on the King County Recorder's Office is just over $240.1 million. The county has not yet posted the deed so the final price is not yet known.
