Pressbox: P&G to acquire Chicago-based laundry service

Consumer goods giant Proctor and Gamble recently acquired Chicago-based laundry startup, Pressbox, according to the Chicago Tribune. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Launched in 2013 by Vijen Patel and Drew McKenna, Pressbox allows customers to drop off their laundry in one of the company's various lockers, track the order on an app, and pick the clean laundry up in just a few days.
