Prime West: One Belleview Station office building to break ground

Prime West Cos. will break ground Tuesday on One Belleview Station, its 320,000-square-foot office building at Interstate 25 and East Belleview Avenue. The project will be the first office building at the 42-acre Belleview Station transit-oriented, mixed-use development.
