Priority Designs Inc., one of Central Ohio's top product design companies, has taken a "neglected" and "unloved" former auto dealership that owner Paul Kolada had noticed on drives around the east side and turned it into its new home. The old Swad Chevy dealership at 100 S. Hamilton Road was built in 1978 and acquired by the city of Whitehall in 2011.
