PRISM: Western Pennsylvania plastics manufacturer acquired

A Meadville plastics company has been acquired by a Michigan firm. Tech Molded Plastics was acquired by Prism Plastics Inc., which is based in Chesterfield, Mich. Both make automotive plastics, and Tech Molded Plastics makes products for aerospace and electronics industries as well. Financial terms weren't disclosed.
