This is what make cycling so exciting. Primož Roglič, team Jumbo Visma, was in second place and needed a heroic mountain time trial stage to take take the Giro lead. He had scouted the Stage 20 mountain time trial that finished near the Slovenian border. He knew is fellow Slovenian countryman would be there to cheer him on but he needed an amazing ride. Near the top, his chain fell off an it looked like disaster. He kept his cool, put the chain back on and rode into Giro history. Check out these images from the race.
