Pro Web Consulting: Cerved Group invests in digital and buys Pro Web Consulting and SpazioDati

The group specializing in Italy in the analysis of credit risk and credit management, has in fact signed two binding agreements, subject to conditions precedent, for the purchase of majority shares of Pro Web Consulting and SpazioDati, and a binding agreement for the acquisition of a business branch of Bauciweb.
