ProKarma: Engineering firm PK acquires Kansas City consultancy

A Lenexa tech company sold to a leading industry player that employs more than 3,500 people in four countries. PK, an experience engineering firm based in Portland closed the acquisition of Yotabites on Oct. 31. Financial details were not disclosed.
