Proper Music Distribution: Proper Music Distribution hires Kameil Sattar as Head of Digital

Proper Music Distribution has hired Kameil Sattar as its new head of digital.Sattar joins Proper from subscription-based online download store, eMusic.com, where she was head of label relations. She previously worked at Pinnacle Records.As head of digital, Sattar will manage two other team members, focusing on strategy and the growth of the department. This includes developing the current digital delivery proposition and looking at ways to drive revenue growth through promotional innovation and catalogue development."What's really exciting about joining Proper is extending its great reputation in physical distribution to its digital offering," said Sattar.
