Propst Properties: Buyer confirms West End Summit purchase, updates Alex Palmer's role

Huntsville-based Propst Development LLC confirmed Monday that it has bought the 3.9-acre West End Summit site. Terms of the deal were not disclosed in a news release, and a deed recording the sale was not immediately available.
