PS&S: PSS adds 4 senior directors

PSS, a Warren-based architecture, engineering and environmental consulting firm, announced several key hires Monday, including the addition of Harry "Ted" Osborne to a key position on its senior management committee as senior director of the company's Building Services Group. He will report to president and CEO John Sartor.
