PSA: Bain Capital acquires PSA Healthcare

Metro Atlanta-based home health company PSA healthcare was acquired by a newly-formed affiliate of Bain Capital Private Equity, the company announced Jan. 17. The affiliate in December 2016 also acquired Dallas-based Epic Health Services, which will merge with PSA Healthcare to become a single pediatric home care provider.
