Pumptek: Greater Cincinnati manufacturer acquired by Columbus firm

A Greater Cincinnati engineering company was acquired by a Columbus company that specializes in industrial equipment distribution. Columbus-based Ohio Transmission Corp. has acquired Monroe-based PumpTek. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
