Pyramid Healthcare Solutions: Anthelio Buys Pyramid Healthcare

Dallas-based healthcare technology and services provider Anthelio Healthcare Solutions said late Tuesday that it has acquired Pyramid Healthare Solutions, a provider of healthcare information and revenue cycle management software and services. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Pyramid Healthare Solutions was based in Clearwater, Florida, and was founded in 1985; the company was previously owned by Avantha Group. The companies said Pyramid has over 500 healthcare clients including hospitals, healthcare systems, physician groups and the pharmaceutical industry.
