ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) - QDOBA Mexican Eats is returning to Rockford with a plan to open three new locations. QDOBA serves burittos, burrito bowls, tacos, quesadillas, nachos and salads. The company had a presence in the Rockford area a decade ago, with two locations, at 7069 Walton Street and another at 1564 W. Lane Road. Now, the company is returning with three new franchise locations to be operated by Roaring Forks LLC, which already operates 60 QDOBAs nationwide. The locations of the planned restaurants have not yet been announced. The Rockford expansion is part of QDOBA's efforts to open 33 new locations across the U.S., including locations at airports, on university campuses, and on military bases.
