QuaDPharma: Kinex buys QuadDPharma

Kinex Pharmaceuticals Inc. announced Tuesday it has acquired QuaDPharma LLC, a Newstead-based privately-held pharmaceutical manufacturer. The sale price was not disclosed. Earlier this year, Buffalo-based Kinex expanded its Asian research efforts when it entered into a new licensing agreement with Taiwan-based PharmaEssentia Corp.
