Quarri Technologies: Filing: 49 investors poured capital into Austin security software maker

Quarri Technologies Inc., a security software maker, reported increasing its latest round of financing to $1.6 million. The Austin-based company collected the capital from 49 investors, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The filing is an update to an August 2014 report in which Quarri Technologies reported raising $697,169 of a planned $750,000 financing from 36 investors.
