Quintess: Quintess bankruptcy fees top $1 million

BROOMFIELD - Lawyers and a financial adviser for bankrupt luxury vacation company Quintess LLC are seeking approval for $1.1 million in fees as the Broomfield-based company prepares to emerge from bankruptcy. BusinessDen reports that the fees were requested in documents filed with U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Denver. Quintess filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection Oct. 7, citing debts of $168 million.
